This actually isn't that unique a blade besides the enchantments since in the Mages Guild Quest to enter Labyrinthian you have fight Draugr Ghost who wield ethereal swords that resemble the Ghostblade along with an ethereal bow and Battleaxe, both shaped like the Ancient Nord weapons of the same design.

This is not a unique weapon. During the companion quests, you will get into a dungeon with ghost mobs that drop loads of different ghost weapons including a sword.
