Lobo is the exagerration of excessive violence compiled with the likeness of the Punisher, Lemmy Kilmeister, Rob Zombie, Yosemite Sam, and garbed like Gene Simmons on a space bike from hell. Wolverine is just a hairy dwarf with a Dirty Harry complex, amnesia, an emo streak and a penchance for masochism. Lobo would kill and eat Wolverine.

Love to see Lobo in a Superman movie. Finally a opponent Superman can cut loose on, and give Lex Luthor a rest he's become overused. The Wolverine vs Lobo fight was cleary a case of execrable writing along with the rest of popularity voted results. No popularity Lobo would easily smite Wolvie, and Wolvie wouldn't be able to even annoy, or scratch Lobo. Be like a tiger vs a badger complete mismatch.

wolverine won because of votes. fans voted on the winners of the fights. the reason why you just saw them fall down and wolverine get up without even seeing HOW the fight was won is because the creators of the comic didn't know how to make it make any damn sense. but like i said earlier, i have an old Wizard magazine that came out before Marvel vs DC and talked about a Lobo vs Wolverine fantasy fight, and they said there was no way Wolverine could win. It would be fraggin' impossible.

i just checked Lobo's wikipedia article, and I'm glad they're going to make a movie. now if they made a JLA movie Lobo could very well make an appearence in it. it would be good to see him appear in maybe a 2nd or 3rd JLA movie where he fights Superman for a while but then has to team up with the JLA to defeat someone. he then leaves and says he'll be back to settle the score with Superman. that would be awesome. lol

I love Lobo too. I have a load of Lobo comics. He's hilarious, powerful, and very unique. They need to bring him back to comics full force like they did back in the 90s, get him out of that religious cult crap he's in, and take advantage of this darker and more realistic edge that comics have had recently. If these kids thought Black Adam and Superboy Prime were nasty, bring Lobo back pissed the hell off and taking full advantage of his powers and skills, he'll have these kids shittin' bricks.

Black Bolt can use his energy to increase his strength to high levels, but his Master Blow punch isn't a result of just his strength. It's his strength increase combined with the focusing of more energy into a punch. This puts Black Bolt's punch on the Wonder Woman level, MAYBE, but he's certainly not as strong as she is. He's also a very skilled fighter. This is why Black Bolt can fight those who are stronger than he is. Thing's KOed him, proving he's not in the upper classes of strength.

I'm a huge Thing fan, but I know his limitations. There really wasn't a TRUE winner in Thing vs Wolverine. Wolverine cut Thing's face but Thing got pissed and probably KOed Wolverine sending him thru several buildings and wanted to go after him. Lobo vs Wolverine was decided by the fans and of course theyr'e going to pick Marvel's mascot. Lobo is more fierce than Wolverine and he's just below bezerk Hulk's level. Wizard did a versus article back in the 90s and said Wolverine better HAUL ASS LOL.

Thing has held his own against Thor in a fight in which Thor was fighting on a lower level and by no means doing everything he can do. Thor would NOT approach Thing the same way he would far more dangerous foes who are evil. Thing has the skill and toughness to look good fighting many characters stronger than he is most of the time. And a weakened Galactus approaches Earthlike superhuman levels, not cosmic god levels. A raging Lobo would hurt Superman and probably kill Ares from Marvel!!!

Depends on who's writing Lobo. Lobo's been a character who's intensity of power and level of insanity varies depending on the story he's in and who's writing it. The situation Lobo is in usually dictates what he's going to be like, and not the other way around. Lobo's most extreme displays of power and violence make Black Adam and Superboy Prime look like they were being easy on their opponents. That same level of Lobo would hurt World War Hulk and Hulk would have to go crazy to take him out.

at one point the thing could trade punches with hulk and thor.

he even went the distance with champion

who beat juggernaut and everyone else on marvel earth except thor and hulk.

he also has beat down terrax and silversurfer.but in some come comics he gets beat down by lessor beings. but thing at his best is a fight for any strength based charicter.

Thing's strength is in the class with Colossus, She-Hulk (classic), Aquaman, and Iron Man. Wonder Woman, Wonderman, Namor (wet), She-Hulk (new), and Martian Manhunter are a bit stronger. Lobo is stronger than them. Muscle size and height are MEANINGLESS here! Surfer has EXTREME strength, he's just very calm and has a ton of other powers to use. With his mind altered and using only strength he was making Hulk and his crew look bad. When his mind cleared he got smashed up but he got right back up!
