This is america not nazi germany, you shouldn't need to walk around with your papers. Does that mean someone can do something illegal and vote for a dead person, yes. If you were forced to show ID does that mean it would stop, no. Fake IDs are available. Does it mean that if you lost your licence you would lose your ability to vote!!! Yes. Unintended consequences people. You shouldn't need an id. We have a signature box in PA, you sign when you register and your sign when you vote. works!
