I was 7 when this came out. Man, we were so obsessed that my group of friends (there were four of us) all pretended to be Cheetah Girls. And it worked out because two of us were black, one of us were Spanish, and the other was white.

I'm not gonna condemn the new Disney Channel because the kids of today will be saying the same thing a decade later. But I can say that I do miss my childhood.

I have the book and they kept it as close as Disney would -.- However although, I miss the boner scene and true lives of the characters they don't keep much true to word . TCG wasn't true to word but they made it good, if you ask me LM is one of the better Disney COMs to come out in the past few years .
