Original Hilux RA1028 has either Mabuchi RS-540 (white plastic endbell) or Mabuchi RS-540S (black plastic endbell). The "re-release" Hilux (which IMHO is almost nothing of the kind because of e.g. it's plastic gearbox) has Mabuchi RS-540SH (metal endbell). The Blazing Blazer had same as RA1028. The Bruiser and Mountaineer had Mabuchi RS-750SH. Cheers, Alistair G.
Great to see this again. I have most of these original Tamiya promo vids if you want to see more. Don't worry about quality, the original quality was terrible! lol. Funny to hear the announcer stumble on the words in some of these. Thanks for posting, brought back memories.
