You pick really well - what kind of banjo you playing? It looks fairly tasty. My only criticism is that it would sound a lot more ballsy if you had fingerpicks, but that's just my taste.
I own two banjos at the moment, the one played on the video was bought back in the early 80's and was built in Japan, it's an Eagle banjo. My second banjo is a 2001 RB3.
Reason why I play without picks on the video is related to the fact that the microphone is integrated in the webcam, and is not adjustable; If you listen to my other video (Beaumont Rag), you'll understand .
