Someone corrected me a few weeks ago. They're called Peafowl. The males are Peacocks and the females are Peahen.

But who really cares about the females, they're almost as bad as the male anglerfish

we have peacocks all around maui and othe rislands not to long ago a 80 year old woman was arrested for beating a peacock to deaht she said it kept her up all night and she was gonna eat it

ahahahah thank you for this video. i have learned a turkey noise (sounds slightly off from a real turkey) and a seagull noise ( sounds exactly like a seagull but you have to be at least five feet away because its so loud) and now my classmates have requested i learn this noise. i am now practicing to learn it haha

We had a male and a female peacock. The male would climb the to the top of our farm house and sit on the chimney and make this sound all night. Little kids around where we lived were afraid to walk by our house because of the "strange ghost" you could hear on the roof..lol

Lol...I love peacocks, but this one time I was with my sister at this park thing. And we were walking underneath all these trees and we look up and theres this GIANT peacock sitting in the tree staring at us. It was really creepy.
