im mexican country music fan i never have travel to the u.s. i discovered the dwigth yoakam music by a disc what i find in the garbage & this tatoo the country music in my soul, in my skin, in my life. & everything what i do. sorry my inglish.........
I agree with 08saywhat...Dwight is the REAL DEAL. I saw him perform in Denver at The Grizzly Rose shortly after Buck Owens passed away and he had a real hard time talking about his dear old friend. Would have LOVED to see the two of them play together !
When Dwight came out in 86, people thought I was hillbilly listeneing to Dwight, but I didnt care. Different, real honkeytonk music. I was hooked, and still listenening to Dwight everyday. Classic great music
@hearty110 I wish I had sang this song for my Mom as she was passing away but my voice would had made her cry and I would had, had a hard time singing to her it to her, her baby girl of 10 children my soul mate and she left her Guitar to me which will have a lot of tears on it !!!! :( MY Daddy passed 20 yrs ago and left me one of his Fiddles he made. Mom Passed Sep,12 2011 some hard times!!!! Thank-you Dwight :)

if i'm not mistaken more Americans were killed in the Civil War than WW11. Approximately 600,000. as to 450,00 in WW11.
