Fable 2 and 1 were some of the best games I've ever played. Fable 3 was a horrible piece of shit that completely took out everything the true fans enjoyed about the series. Holding hands sucked, the story was quick and the RPG aspects were completely removed. You could only get 10 different swords/ guns each play through so people who didn't have Xbox live were fucked. Also they completely fucked up the leveling up process instead you would just go into a gay road that took forever to navigate

You can buy the spire. It costs 2 million gold, it is pretty sweet.

But first you have to own all of the major manors ,mansions, castles, and temples etc. the it allows you to go to the spire since you are so wealthy.

You only need the dog for like one or two quests, and when you get really rich it becomes useless. Sure it helps find silver keys/chests and kill things that are already 90% dead. But all of the stuff you get from Silver chests suck. So in my final conclusion the dog is 90% of the time useless. Hmmm now a lion, that is a different thing all to gather. XD

DONT CHOOSE TO GET YOUR DOG BACK IN THE END OR TO GET THE PEOPLE WHO DIED IN THE MAKING OF THE SPIRE TO COME BACK. Both of those decisions can be changed. sacrafice someone at knothole island to get your dog back and you can make everyone like you again and forget about the spire thing. plus if you choose to get the money you get 1,000,000 gold which can turn into more like 5,000,000 after just a few days.

As far as I am aware there are only two ways to bring your dog back to life. The Knothole way, which you don't want to as an answer, or if you choose 'love' at the end of the game. There are no other ways to being your dog back.
