so why have catholics been swept away by this sacred heart belief... it serves no pupose... it wont save you... jesus never taught it .. it isnt mentioned in the scriptures.. so you have to ask your self where did it come from? not from God but rather latter from the catholic church...

You should probably do some research before you "loudmouthspeak" again. We believe that Jesus came to Faustina and gave her this beautiful message, so he did teach it. If you do not think that he did, that is fine, but please try to be more understanding of fellow christians, perhaps start by not accusing the Church of making up things, that would be a good charitable christian thing to do.

This was one of the hymns my Mother requested to be played at her funeral Mass, and listening to the words now it becomes clear why!Listening to it of course, brings big emotions tinged with great sadness and also great big wet tears .

My uncle died this day last month, he and his brothers always played musical instruments and at his funeral my das and his brother played this on mandolin and guitar... was so sad that he wasn't playing with them as he should have been but this song will always remind me of him.thanks xxx
