yes do the grapple move very fast one after another and remember in the fourth pack there are 3 hanging shiney thingeys to grapple on ok :)

Fuck man, im stuck at the spiked ceiling. I just keep hitting the spikes on the last grabpoint.

the trick is to grab it right when you are level with itno jumps or anything
