I noticed riding buses and chapas between Xai-xai and Maputo how the cobradora was calling ahead to get info about collection points and to organise pick up of goods in synch with predicted arrival times - small scale entrepreneurs were also calling ahead to market to organise their business. it's more afordable to call using cell in Moz than it is her in New Zealand. Perhaps the Word Bank could kick our telcos butts?!
