Hello, I just adopted a 10 yr old Pembroke Welsh Corgi from a family with 2 new babies that could no longer keep him here in the U.S. His name is Bailey and he is the sweetest most intelligent dog in the world and already housbroken as well. The only problem is I've have him for about 3 days and he is extremely sad and misses his old family. I feel just terrible for him. Is there anything I can do to make him happier sooner or just let it run its course. It makes me SO SAD to see him like this!!
I think that what you are doing is amazing! I hope to do this in the USA someday in my life...it is my dream to open a dog sanctuary where older dogs and disabled dogs can live and find forever homes...God Bless you!
