I was eight years old at the time, I came back from school and turned on the TV and there it was. The scene where the towers fell, I was speechless. I didn't understand what was going on, there were people screaming, crying and panicking...I though to myself, thank god my family and I were safe in California...but what about other people? How many lives were lost? How many kids my age are suffering from this incident?...All I did after that was cry , the tears didn't stop flowing and prayed.....
I was 9. We were about to leave for school (It happened at 7:45ish for me due to the different time zone) and I was putting on socks and literally saw on tv the first tower collapse and it blew my mind. My mom came out and we sat and saw the second plane hit and she started freaking out, and because she was freakin out, I started to, but then she said it was okay because we live in Nebraska XD But still. Holy crap, I will never ever ever forget it.
I too remember where I was. I was 15 years old in school when the teacher got our attention to tell us that the first tower had been hit. She let us know that we were going together down in the cafeteria to watch it on TV. Just within a minute of watching the news we saw the second tower get hit. There was a gasp then complete silence as we looked at one another. We knew that the world we had known all our lives was gone forever. I will never forget. ~ T_T
@ElwingzSecretGarden I agree. I remember, as I was watching, I didn't really feel anything. That wasprobably because I was young. But after the whole incident, I realized the extent of the damnge and so... here I am today.

I was about 4 or 5 and remember it on television asking what bad person did this. I now understand and will never forget, or give up on my country.
