because not everyone knows of this video... think about it on basic example... if 1,000,000 people use youtube... prob less than 500,000 of them knwo of this... looks like at this moment there is only 1,115 views... soo thats a really small % of users... im sure at least 10k people use youtube per month... so less than 15% of them know of this video.... so thats 9k videos that can be removed

You can use it for what it says in the actual text "for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research". Anything in those boundaries I'd say. Use it for gameplay if you want, that's what I used on my Hitman videos. Watch them and you'll see that the sound still works; but I wouldn't recommend it for games :\

No, "For purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research" is all you can use that disclaimer for. WMG owns it NO MATTER WHAT. Even the original artists' channels have been permanently suspended because of WMG's music appearing on YT. Google it to find out more. Make sure that you only use that disclaimer for what it actually says. Don't use it for just anything. You can get your account suspended. :\
