what is the lie? maybe she really believes she has psychic ability... no offense... i give free readings, and do not expect people to think of me as an enigma or take them any bit seriously the way some do, but that is what they believe... I prefer simplicity and love her site... not everything, but she is quite honest within her articles... use her search engine.

There are diffrent ways to meditate, this is one of my favorites. You can really use this before an exam, before a date, when you feel down, meditation helps people with soo much problems.

Anyhow, those that laughing at meditation might give it a shot before degrading it. And for Takaju, really a good point of view, which is if you really a 15 yrs old is very surprising ( in a good sense ).

This could be a fantastic meditation but it's done much too quickly, as though she's wanting to get it all in before the video is over. She's has the right idea but could work on her delivery.

Meditation isn't about how quickly you can do it, its about how deep you can reach, and how long for. and this is coming from a 15 year old. :-)

Why would not understanding make you sound snotty? I was basically just trying to say why post something negative. If something doesn't vibe with you just laugh it off. But I guess it's a good way to start a debate, espesicially when you're talking about peoples beliefs, no matter how crazy or far out there they are.
