@narutodude488 You have to have grinders (they are items) and the weapon you want to grind (duh). Take them both to the upgrade shop on the planet that corresponds with the brand (Yohmei (spelling?) = Neudaiz, Tenora Works = Moatoob, G.R.M. = Parum, Kubara = Guardians Colony). The higher the grind, the less of a chance you have of it being successful, unless you heighten the chances with a higher numbered grinder. The grinder rank also corresponds with the weapon rank. Grinding it successfully is luck, though, but the text will give you an idea of the probability of success.
