As a musician, I've played many wedding receptions, but I've never heard this song before. Plus, I've been Google-searching on the lyric sites with no luck. There was some original music written for Watching Ellie and this song could be one of them.
I don't know exactly if she can sing since I don't know what makes a good singer but I will not deny that she's got a lovely voice and that personally I like her singing. I think she's so yummy.
