Pop oder Gothic? Weder noch, meiner Meinung nach.

Pop an sich ist kein Genre sondern eine Klassifikation nach Bekanntheit: Rammstein, Nirvana, Björk, Fanta4, Heino, das ist alles "Pop(uläre Musik)", sind aber alles verschiedene Genres.

"(Alternative) Rock" würde ich sagen. Sind schwer einzuordnen, was sie auch selbst immer wieder von sich sagen.

Jedenfalls schön, daß du den Weg zum Voodooclub gefunden hast. :D

Klar, falsch verstanden, weil du's so geschrieben hast... Hat nix mit "negativ" zu tun. War halt ein Mißverständnis.

Es gibt Künstler, die grundsätzlich schweigen, und es gibt welche, die schreien alles jeden Tag hinaus. Zum Teil ist auch das Auftreten mancher Künstler Teil ihrer Kunst. Da kann man endlos streiten, denn letztlich geht es auch um Geschmack und Sympathien, keine Frage.

Naja, wenn du schreibst, daß du nie Interesse an ihm hattest, "weil er eine schwierig Person _ist_", dann klingt das eindeutig nach Vorurteilen. Ok, bin da auch etwas lokalpatriotisch eingestellt, weil er auch Dortmunder ist.^^ Sein Ruf ist wohl darauf begründet, daß er sich gerne die Presse vom Leib hält, weil die Kunst und die Musik und nicht die Person im Vordergrund stehen soll. Das Journalisten so etwas nicht gefällt, ist offenbar.

@Salex: Woher willst du wissen, daß er eine schwierig Person ist? Hab die Band auf einem Festival erlebt, auf dem der TopAct ausgefallen ist und sie spontan eingesprungen sind. Dabei hat er mehrfach die Ordnungshüter, die mit den Fans in der 1. Reihe etwas ruppig umgegangen sind, aufgefordert, mal ein wenig cooler zu werden und die Leute in Ruhe zu lassen. Auch auf anderen Konzerten hat er einen sehr lockeren Eindruck gemacht. Der ist schon ziemlich ok... :-)
