  • @hoghong1 u don't know what ppl look like so u rly can't say if theyr'e ugly or pretty or not. ur probably some stupid nobody sitting at ur computer cuz u have nothing else to do with ur life. u had a bad experience as a vegetarian cuz ALL you ate was vegetables. ur not supposed to do that- unless ur vegan or something. ur stupid. vegetarians can be just fine and healthy. thry don't ONLY eat fruits and veggies.

  • I am 15 and 6,1. I eat about 2000-2500 calories per day. I run over a mile every day and do about 200 sit ups and about 50 push ups per day? how come I still have no six pack?

    You have to lower your body fat to less than 10%. You could do a hundreds of sit ups a day but if your body fat isn't low enough they won't be visible.

  • @hoghong1 You can get healthy fats in other ways than meat you know. that includes avocado, nuts, seeds...And not all vegetarians are 'unhealthy retards' like you state. It's been scientifically proven that if you switch to a vegetarian lifestyle, you can greatly increase your overall health if you watch your diet carefully. Although I agree with what you say about fruits, vegetables and exercise, your naive statement about vegetarians was quite rude.

Like Leona Lewis, Tobey Maguire, Pamela Anderson, Ellen Degeneres (vegan), Natalie Portman (vegan), Bob Harper... etc. and its been seen in many newspapers that people should include at least one veg day in their week. because it would improve their overall health (not mentioning the reduced negative impact on animals and the environment). I don't have enough characters left to list all the benefits,but maybe do some research yourself :)

  • @PrettiGirl33 those are celeberties most of them are probably lying:') vegetables and fruits are sugar and you cant live on sugar. they are good for you in but in small quantities and they cant be your main food in your overall diet. go watch a movie called "Fat Head" its a good movie that explains why fats arent bad and why vegetarianism isnt good for you:) trust me its also funny! so how bout while i do some research yu watch that movie?:)

  • @NikTheDestr0yer ummm not really:') im just telling the truth meat is good for you. it should be most of your diet along with good fruits and vegetables. and lemme tell you a story. there was a guy 6ft 1 who thought he was fat so he cut meat and fats out of his diet to lose weight. he ate good vegetable and fruiys and plenty of different kinds of nuts for protien and fat. at first it seemed great he was originally 185 now he was 175. after another month he weighed 160... things

  • @hoghong1 yeah there r vitamins that mimic meat such as spirulina. which is veg and give u amino acids. its possible to get protein from other things than dead animals. a cup of whey protein smoothie gives u 20g of protein. plus theres yogurt and eggs. there are alot of ways to get protein smart-one. vegetables r not sugar- fruits r. and sugar's not the only thing in fruits and vegetables- do ur research. i know plenty of people who are vegetarian and beautiful.
