Okay people I cannot believe how many ppl are saying its wtf mode. It's a channeling spell so if you move it cancels it...also you would see CM do the casting animation which she obviously didnt...

I've managed to make this bug appear.

0.1 sec after starting the ulti, i got cycloned and when i got down it was like this.

It was on version 6.43b (tough it was on a map with AI, so not the normal map but that part is probably the same)

Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about, there is a cast delay before the shards of ice start flying. In this vide i'm walking around without having to recast therefore it can't be wtf mode. Play some more dota before you post dumbass comments.
