  • Excellent!

  • I had this single when I was 7 or 8. I thought it was sad. Why didnt she like him?

  • saddest love song ever

    :-(

  • haha! Great acting girl :-)

This song has always really creeped me out 0_o I think it's a story of schizophrenia or something...

  • I didn't watch it all, because this song always makes me cry and I try to avoid songs that I know are going to trigger my bipolar disorder ... but the video is extremely well done and very creative. Congratulations to all involved!

  • One of our local retro radio stations played "The Little Blue Man" this afternoon; I had to see if there was a video for it.

    Sure enough, there is!

Well done, everybody involved in the making of the video!

  • This is a charming act. Well done!

  • The actress in this is SO pretty :O

She also really knows what she's doing. Cute!!!

  • lol i love that song!!

and i bug my grandma with it... lol

  • Scary!

  • that would scare the hell outta me if the little blue man followed me forever :O

  • she must have a romance-complex or something

that or her last break-up was REALLY hard

  • Excellant this song has been a favourite of mine since I was a kid and this video is a superb homage!

  • I loved her doing the song and loved how she looks and build.TheLongShot11

  • well she is hot why wouldnt he love her XD

  • BRAVO! :-) I have wondered for the past several years what this would be like if the Blue Man Group acted it out. This is better!

  • I haven't heard this song since I was a kid! =) So glad he only got pushed down the stairs and not over the side of that building. Whew! "I don't wuv you anymore." :(

  • Absolutley enchanting!

  • "I don't wuv you anymore!"

I would'nt either if someone pushed me over the side of a roof

  • I have loved this song since the 50's! (I think it was released in 1959) You get an A+ for your video porduction, and your actors get top awards as well.

  • This was really fun!! Thanks for sharing!! :)

  • so cute

  • It may be me,but I like her singing and loved her looks.Jack

  • whenever she throws her head back & sings "he loved me!" it's both lovely & hilarious. great video

  • As children, this was our favorite record. We sang it all the time and thought it was so funny. I then sang it to my children. My youngest was horrified - she couldn't believe the lady pushed the LBM off the building. She said it was very sad. I never thought of it that way! Anyway, this video is very much like what I imagined in my head. Good job!

  • this is so retarded, but funny!

  • my grandmother used to sing this all the time to me and my sibelings and also her children and she has recently passed it is awsome

  • It is childred ,but I like it to

  • learnesd what stage fright was on this song! my sister did it at mt view elem. and i was suppose to be he.... chickend out!

  • Wow this is so cool! My mother used to sing this to all 7 of her kids (including me) growing up, & here it is, done so beautifully by you guys! Thanks! :)

  • LMAO!! I LOVED this song as a kid!!

  • very good and very funny, thanks a lot!

  • never heard this before........creepy.

  • My Mom won a talent show with this as a little girl, then I won at least 3 doing it! LOL!

  • LOL! He's totally stalking her!

  • So funny 5 stars

  • A song from my childhood. Thanks for posting this!

  • Hilarious!!!

...Only one little flaw: you gently tumbled him down the stairs: you didn't push him off the building, as Betty Johnson's song says! ;)P LOL.

    Hehe j/k

  • WTF?!?!?!

  • Great choice of actress, she fits the voice quite well. And this is a very successful adaptation, proving how good simple creativity can be.

  • Glad to find this--no one else seems to remember it but me. Now I can play it for them. Great job?

  • i hear this song be4

  • Excellent. Thanks for posting.

  • I heard this on the radio today and had to look this up on youtube! You guys did an awesome job! This is as professional as you are going to get! "I loved it to bits!" :)

  • The last verse should be 'youre sectioned, youre sectioned' said the doctor in white........

  • This is a terrific video. The acting, lip-synching, directing and all aspects of the production are first rate. A nice tribute to a great old novelty song.

The fact is that "FRED EBB" is the voice of the Little Blue Man, not Hugh Downs. They auditioned about 250 different people for the voice of the Little Blue Man, but, Paul Klein said "No One can do the voice as well as you do, Fred"; so Fred did the recorded voice of the Little Blue Man! This was told to me by Fred Ebb himself!

  • i felt sorry for him at the end

  • Yeah. This is terribly creepy. Something satanic about it.

  • My French teacher's 5th grade teacher made her sing this in front of her class, then she sung it for us, it was great :D

  • i thought she was gonna say that she was scared right out of her tits

  • I work at a store that plays nothing but 50's music, and this song came on a few times. It kind of creeps me out, lol

  • Sounds like a GREAT place to work. Hearing great music instead of the more modern crap/noise/garbage that is now called music.

  • great fun thank you

  • Lol, even though he was an unbelievable stalker, I felt bad for him in the end.

  • Omg my music teacher in kindergarden taught us this song. i havntt heardd it in yearss.

  • This is a great song, it has been around a while.

  • Lol, cute

  • hahaha that was odd (: but i love this song

  • cute! nice job!

  • This is adorable! I love it!

  • I haven't heard this disaster for over twenty years, back when I was courting alcoholism at the Palais Royale in dismal downtown Albany, NY. Whoever the actress is...she's gorgeous.

  • I LOVE it!!! Our mother used to sing this to us over 60 years ago!!! The singing is great!

  • That's Hugh Downs as the voice of the Little Blue Man.

  • I like the way the last verse was compramised on the rooftop since you actually cant push the 'blue man' over the side. The stairwell and the song acoustics went very well together.

  • I never thought Id se the day when this song would be made into a vid. 5 stars

  • Although I thought the lighting could have been better, I thought you did a masterful job!

  • This is so well done and funny! We have watched about 20 times already!

  • How can this possibly be the "blue man" I so clearly remember this being the "green" man. Memory is such a funny thing. I am really, truly shocked this is blue, not green, man. Crazy!

  • I guess its not easy being blue either.

  • Man, I thought the blue man would be shorer. XD

My friend thought it would be a smurf!

  • Yeah me too when I first heard this song in the early 80s i pictured him being a blue smurflike dwarf.

  • Oh, poor blue man. He's creepy and stalkerish, but I felt bad for him at the end.

  • I agree. This is the original stalker theme but I felt so bad for him at the end. When i was a kid, I actually cried a bit at the end of the song.

  • Very nice job! The lip-synching is perfect, the timing equally as precise; I especially liked the producers choice to have the little man "pushed" down the stiairwell, which acoustically matched the 50 year old recording technique to a 'T'. The man who recorded the song with Betty Johnson apparently simply eased back from the microphone to create the effect of the little blue man falling. Your representation in the stairwell was, again, just perfect to the recording. Thanks.

  • wow...

  • very stupid!

  • i luv this song lol and nice vid

  • weirdest.
