  • @goclick Perhaps to the ten percent of America's population that holds eighty percent of the wealth in this country this is pretty offensive. As for the other ninety percent of us it is pretty damn hilarious

  • @goclick First off, I am truly astonished how agile you are on the keys. From my perspective this would fall in the category of surreal humor. obviously the scenario portrayed would never play out in the real world. Also this is a commercial promoting a multi-billion dollar corporation, so if anything it's promoting the practices of free trade and capitalism. Anyways, your entitled to your opinion good sir and I have no intention to turn this into the 100 years war of youtube arguments.

  • @ifeltlikeagringro

The ad isn't making fun of them for being rich. It's making fun of them for behaving the way rich people did 60 years ago. People with money today don't act like this anymore. Thus, "break out of the prison of old luxury". In other words, "update your sense of what's luxurious".

Their targeting customers who have money, not attacking them.

  • What was the point of this? was it selling something? lol super random

  • hit em with the kenny g.

    wait, wrong video

  • i wanna be just like that kid with the 4 Polos on

  • I tip my hat to Audi America's ad firm and this campaign. Witty and funny, this is really a snapshot of how VW will take over the number 1 spot of largest automaker in the world.

  • I am so glad you had the courage to expose the horrors of California's State prison.

Last week the human cruelty got so out of hand the thug prison guards confiscated Charles Manson's 2nd cell phone.

  • how many falcons do you own? 30 caged 15 aloft

  • THOSE are falcon owners!

  • "You think you look good in those boat shoes, don't you? Before you know it, you'll be wearing a captain's hat."

  • Hilarious! For those who might not know, it's immitating "Beyond Scared Straight" on AE, super funny guys!

  • "I'm not startleable!" LOL

This kid's obviously is as stupid as a five year old child.

  • Take out the car factor some how..AND MAKE THIS PLOT INTO REAL FILM BLOWN FILM! WHOS WITH ME!

  • @PFXProductions No one.

  • "Four polo shirts? Everyone thinks they can stop at one. . ."

  • Lmao the bear part was hilarious

  • That one kid is wearing 4 polos at once. Haha, so subtly funny!

  • i dont get this

  • lame

  • What is that song at the end?

  • Did you just eyeball me?

  • Pip Pip!

  • 30 caged , 15 aloft ...

  • Funny. But how is this related to audi?

  • @blankpage100 when you look on theyre channel the slogan that they have says that audi isnt old luxury or something like that implying that its a new luxury style and these people are telling the kids dont be like us with all these old riches which would be considered boring by some nowdays, but be new and fun...lol idk if i overdid but thats what comes to my mind lmao

  • Lulz

    This commercial is freaking awesome.

  • My slogan : "It might not be the most freaking luxurious luxury car out there, but it's enough. "

  • @helliop What jenjanea said. You missed the point. Maybe your 4 collars are cutting of the air supply to your brain. . .?

  • fuckin dumb

  • lmfao. pop 1 collar and youre a douche. pop 4 and damnnnn.... youre unstartleable. lmao

  • HAHAHA man 4 polo shirts was too good!

  • WTF is this?

  • WTF

  • @stevet8 I agree. I mean a car company that makes entry-level luxury cars rubbing its luxury into the viewers face isn't classy, it's fetching for naive yuppies to buy into the brand. Audi certainly makes good cars, but they aren't all opulently expensive or anything. If an Audi drove by, you wouldn't give it a second thought. A Ferrari or a Porsche on the other hand...

  • @helliop I don't think you get the commercial.

  • @jenjanea I think you should mind your own business, I was responding to someone else's statement, not to you. If you interpret the commercial differently that is fine, but I was talking about someone else's interpretation.

  • @helliop So, yeah...you don't get the commercial. lol

  • @jenjanea Bitch, I understand the commercial, the whole theme of Audi's advertising is that its the new luxury brand, not the old outdated brands like Bentley. The fact that they keep touting their luxury car status is a bit of a joke though, considering they make entry-level luxury cars that have to compete in price range of Toyotas. And new luxury is bullshit too, because they are just as old as other high-end carmakers. So their's an analysis for the fucking troll, now go fuck yourself.

  • @helliop You mad?

  • @jenjanea no, can you shut up now, you're obviously just trying to troll, so stfu.

  • @helliop It has nothing to do with how old they actually are. It has to do with their identity, and their image.

  • @helliop Ferraris and porsches have nothing to do with luxury. Nor does price. Price is correlated with luxury, and increases because many aspects that make a car luxurious are expensive, but these aspects are different from those that make Ferraris expensive.

I'd choose an Audi over a Benz, Lexus, or BMW any day.

And for sports cars, i prefer aston martins :P

  • @XZohar123 Okay then.

  • @XZohar123 id choose all of them cuz i love german enginnering and lexus is pretty good too

  • Pip pip!

  • Anyone know the song at the end?

  • how many falcons do you have? 30 caged 15 aloft

  • It just goes to show how luxury can be habit forming. Once you get started, you can never have too much luxury... But... I suppose you can have too little luxury... Oh no, I'm addicted. I need my assistant to call my psychiatrist...

  • OK, this was a total sleeping pill. I get the whole parody but it was too long.

  • it's not random, it's a parody of scared straight

  • I get the theme but it drags out too long and I was a little underwhelmed with the copy writing.

  • Hollow Status Symbols = Lexus and Mercedes

  • @utollwi The "Need" To Have A 'Status Symbol' = A Hollow Status People

  • Audi has done a brilliant ad once again! Love it.

  • In this economy, you have to be pretty god damn well to do to go out and buy an Audi. I'd love to have the new Audi TTRS, but unless someone gives me one or I steal or rent one, it's likely that I'll never get one...

  • 30 caged 15 aloft!

  • This was brilliant...can't wait to see where it goes.

  • this is why i have a twitter. if it weren't for audi's twitter messages, i'd never get to enjoy the finer things in life, like this commercial

  • You can be cool, but you can never be "four popped collars" cool!!! 0:33

  • This was super random but totally awesome

  • "I have enough money to bring that bear back to life" lmao

  • Trying to bash Mercedes but Mercedes won't attack. Best or nothing.
