All in all a nice speech but too much criticism with too few facts, if any..

1. If you live in Kosovo, for sure you will recognize the fact that 120 salaries of one policeman working in Kosovo is equal to salary of one higher representative of EU or USA.

2. Institutions are created and governed directly from Arberia hill (US, UK, EU embassies), thats the fact good or not good.

3. Institutions are full of diversity even though there is less than 2 % of serbs, other ethnicities. etc. etc.

@tonydeego I didn't say he is not right and I believe each word he said.. the problem is, the people he is talking to (Austria) do not know the situation so well as one would expect (I know it, I live in Austria myself).. the point is you cannot say everything in such a short presentation. you have to make a decision what to tell to the audience and you must make sure to convince everyone for the two or three points you talk about..

@banderi17 Maybe I was not clear enough. I know he is right and what he said is true, but you must always know who is your audience and how familiar are they with the topics you are talking about. Only blaming other institutions without showing alternatives, is not the best way to convince the people for what you are talking about.

That audience probably didn't have a clue about situation in Kosova, but that's not the point.

That's a place where you share your ideas with others people. Albin didn't have to convince anyone. It's up to audience if they want to know more about it or not.
