  • Reminds me of singing this song to my little daughter. She's my Baby!!!

  • This song was a hit? Man the world has changed

  • @Michael189g what do you mean dude, this is Vivaldi compared to today´s bieber and others

  • @sscrystal10 for real...pop music's structure is easy and formulaic therefore the real art of it is using that formulaic structure to make people really feel something...good pop music also crosses all demographics too and kind of unites people...history will forget beiber, kesha, and selena gomez because we will still be jamming Hall and Oates, Boyz II Men, Tears for Fears and MJ in 30 years.

  • CHEERS

  • AHAHAHAHA Wow.

  • Nimber 1 song

  • O Jesus facebook app told me this is my song and I'm from Vegas lol

  • @ParaplegicNinja yeeee

  • This was the #1 song the day i was born...

  • ahhh, finally found the stereo version... when will Youtube become more intuitive...? hate the new changes too, anyone??

  • Nostagia! This song aways makes think of car rides with my mom as a kid. Always makes me smile.

  • The Best!

  • Justin Bieber stole Baby baby tile from Amy Grant...And change up the lyric ...slow down the tempo

  • This song makes Nascar driver Jeff Gordon crash! :D

  • Looks like music from the past was the best.

  • @TTPianoboy I agree. I was in high school in the late 70's and the late 70's - 80's & most of the 90's had the best music (in my opinion). I can't stand Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift & name just about any other singer of today; I hate the top 40 on the radio nowadays. There is a local station that will play the older stuff & that's the one I listen to.

  • ^-^ Love this song.

  • no many how many decades pass by.. this song will always be uplifting :)

  • Ia Amy Grant a Democrat or a Republican?

  • @Atheist2006 I'm not sure.

  • Beautiful song from a beautiful woman from a beautiful era.

  • I heared this on BFBS-FM and on AFN-AM radio. First i heared the Baby-Baby (No

getting over you mix). Then I heared this version with the jolly joyfull Synth Swing in

it. That was back in 1991. Still love this Song very much!!!! Well in the Starting of the

90 ies there was a bit of Oldskool Hip Hop, New Jack Swing, Dance Music, Techno

and Hardcore ( Break Beats Music). Then came the Euro Dance Nightmare

Conspiracey- Bullcrap Trash Music- Boy Bands- Spice Girls- And Lil Who???

    Oldskool!!!l

  • I get set back at least and almost 2 decades to this feeling I'm feeling. I love this woman and I love her voice. Beautiful are both.

  • i love this song cause it taught me at an early age, white folks is capable of gettn down!! lol, she did this!! gon amy!!

  • I feel so old when i still remember when this song first came out. -0_0-

  • I was a kid when this came out. They played it ALL the time at the skating rink I went to.

  • this was played in only fllos when del n rodders enter that night club in miami twice

  • I was waiting for dem damn doors to open lol...that's if they are doors?

  • truly a classic..one of the best..90's the best decade ever...4 people don't know real music

  • I used to sing along to this song while doing homework back in the day. The 90's was a great time to be a kid.

  • and there is a door because.......

  • SCHOOL DISCO ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!

  • i finishe reading a biography of amy grant a few days ago...i'm a fan...her career was calculated no different from michael jackson's or the beatles....she always intended to get her message out to the widest audience possible...if that meant going pop, so be it...she's also very honest about who she is and about being a woman...she not ashamed of her sexuality and doesn't try to hide...bascially, she's just saying it's cool to be you, god still loves you...

  • What a lovely bassline this song has, has anyone noticed?

  • @discocreator76 I did. Amy Grant really had great producers working with her. Wonder what the hell happened and why she just kinda faded away from mainstream.

  • In 2000, I took over as manager of Champs Sports in the Mall at Green Hills in Nashville. I had been on a Heart in Motion kick for a couple of months before I took the job. Just played the CD all time. I knew Amy lived in that section of town and I thought how cool it would be if she came into the store. The 4th day I was there, guess who strolls in? That's right! I got to chat with her for about half an hour and sold her $190 worth of softball stuff. THE highlight of my years in Nashville!

  • @kperk014 Thats pretty cool. (-;

  • i was watching harold and kumar and they stole their bullies' truck and played the tape inside and it was this song

  • Here in the UK, this song was beaten to the top of the charts by I Wanna Sex You Up PMSL. I was a month old at the time haha. 1991 RULES!!!! :L

  • When I hear this or Every Heartbeat, I remember hearing this on the bus when I was in Kindergarten, when they were big hits.

  • finally heard this song while holding for a phone call.. had enough to google the lyrics, and now I can listen to it whenever i want! :)

  • my momma used to drive me around in the ford fiesta aka doodle bomb listening to this song.....reminds me of being a lil man......worry free times!!!!!

  • ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES!! :)

  • @Morgethein shallow? She's a christian artist, this song was about the joy of giving birth to her CHILD. It isn't shallow I don't know why everyone assumes it's a romance song, she said herself it was for her child, the rest of the songs about her ex husband were not so happy.

  • Shudders, this was number one when I got married.

  • Glad I watched that video with Harold and Kumar :P it got me to this song!

  • oh, the memories.... i used to listen to amy grant and read ashleigh books. i was about eleven. those were the days...

  • drove through the magnificent Canadian Rockies listening to this song and had to stop and walk and listen to this incredible song. Still stop and look at the Rockies with this song on Ipod. Amazing car song and more!

  • harold & kumar xD in the car best song 4ever

  • @12tpain34. Harold and Kumar sing wilson phillips - hold on, in the 1st movie but do they sing that in the 2nd one with Neil Patrick Harris? I don't remember

  • My oldest daughter was born the year this song was released. I remember holding her (my beautiful baby gir) in my arms and dancing through the room singing, I fell entirely love.

  • The 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s were all great times for music.

  • This was one of my favorite songs from Amy. I always vision being on the beach with someone with this song playing in the background. This is such a romantic and relaxing song.

  • Love it! Love it! Love it! How deliciously uplifting is this song. Amy now refers to this song and others from Heart In Motion as "that goofy pop fluff". Amy, without the exposure the album gave you, no one would know who you are

  • "Baby, baby, I'm taken with the notion, to love you in the sweetest of devotion."

True brilliance in lyrics. Great song.

  • amy grant in 1991 the most beautiful song

  • Perhaps the most underappreciated record of the 90's.

  • I love this song! I was about five and some of the music that was out around this time are still some of my favs!

  • Wow....I was in 4th grade when this song came out. Very under-rated singer by and a beautiful voice.

  • I remember this song...and just like back in the day...I think of him each and everytime I listen to it... #43 my soulmate, my best friend

  • I was born in 1989 as well. I just barely remember this kind of music...the early-nineties-sounding stuff.
