The card trick works like Derren Browns stuff, mind control. Notice on the wall it said 'FIVE' this would subliminally put the number 5 in Rio's head so when he thought of a card that would be the first one, Dynamo knew this, not sure about clubs though.

its a specially made window that slides up. Either the window was removed and replaced with a thinner lighter clear plastic/glass he could slide, or with window fram was made wider.

Why is this idiot famous? All of his tricks are based on hundreds of people being in on the trick. Yeah, he's skilled at Sleight of Hand, but there are far better magicians out there, like Penn and Teller.
