Now, MAS is ordering 37 more planes. What a coincidence. Just after my thread of sabotage, bad culture, they take notice. It is bad culture I want to stress. Why is staff morale so low? Why is there loss of productivity? The culture produces dishonest people. Dishonest people = unfit planes. Warning! MAS Sarawak/Sabah planes have no spare parts.

My post graduate lecturer was with the MAS. Technicians who are not promoted sabotage the plane by poring used hydrolic oil on the RM1 Million instrument panels. Optic Fibre cables are cut to cripple the planes. At one time MAS had more than 37 planes that are not fit for flying. Claimed as faulty, spare parts are returned to Singapore for 'testing' only to be sent back 'passed' with $1000 bill. Technician return spare parts on purpose when they 'ran' out of time to replace them. Worrying.
