  • w210 e55 no kompressor

  • العب عاللي قدك ياللكزس

  • Mercedes > plastic POS lexus

  • @Howie262

    e55 5.5 KOMPRESSOR vs just a 4.0 v8?

you got a POS plastic for brains

  • lexus is better

  • كبيييييييييييييييييييييييرة يالمرسيدس

  • wooooooow

  • 5.5 vs 4.0 you think about it MERCEDES

  • no shit the amg will win you idiots, first off its newer and costs far more. And lexus is the shit, german is gay.

  • because the E55 is an AMG and it spelled LEXUS

  • Love the LS400 but how could it not lose this one?

  • Did I actually just see a Lexus fan moron somewhere below me get pissed off that his precious Toyota Celsior lost to an E55 AMG? So in order to feel better he claims:

"But the LS400 would have beat an E320."

    Um....NO SHIT, MORON.

  • Ummmm, it would have???

  • What part of "No shit." don't you understand? What kind of moron compares an LS400 to an E320 in the first place? Some of these Lexus clowns are so retarded. Their precious Toyota Celsior, excuse me, Lexus LS400 gets raped by an E55 AMG and they're all emotional. In order to feel better about themselves, their small dicks and their overrated brand, they decide to compare a V8 LS400 to a V6 and significantly weaker E320. Wow, these guys are fucking geniuses! SARCASM INTENDED.

  • my point was actually that an ls400 might not beat an e320, e320's are not slouches, and they are lighter too.

  • The LS400 will be quicker. Remove the rear bench and passenger seat from the E320 as well as the spare tire and all unneeded weight and you might have an equal drag race. E320's aren't slow, I agree but against an LS400? No way.

  • Nope. I just looked it up on teh interwebz, LS400 takes 8 seconds or so to do 0-60. The E320 takes like 7 or less to do 0-60. That's not even close man!

What are you talking about remove the rear bench seat? lololol

  • I'm pretty sure the LS400 is quicker to 60. More like 6.5 seconds if memory serves me right. An E320 is about 6.9 under ideal conditions or 7.5 seconds from the factory I believe.

  • 6.5??? from a 4.0L v8? nooooo way. anyways i looked it up. look it up urself. ur BUSTED!

So, an LS400 would not even beat an e320, neverevenmind an e420 or e430!

  • Are you a Mercedes fan? I can assure you I have no love for Lexus but an LS400 is quicker than an E320. But wait, which LS400 are we talking about? The 1989 model or the second generation model?

  • And wat generation mercedes? I assumed the same as in the video. Anyways, the 4.0L V8 didn't get 290hp til 97. Before that it had 250(in 89) and 260 (in 92), the e320 has like 230 or somethin like that, but is WAY lighter. The LS400 was never a rocket.

Not a benz fan, I own an old 7 series bimmer from '98, it has a 4.4L v8 with 292hp and weighs about 4200lbs, and it struggles to do 0-60 in 7 seconds, probably more like 7.5. i HIGHLY doubt the lexus is faster than the equivalent bmw of it's era

  • Lexus are overrated in general. I'm sick of their fanboys spewing out all this crap about quality and reliability. Other brands offer just the same quality and great reliability to. If only these morons would go on a Lexus forum and read about the problems Lexus suffer. It doesn't help that you have ass kissers like Consumer Reports who'd even recommend a piece of dog shit if it had a Toyota badge on it. I'm glad Toyota has a big recall because it should give their dumb fanboys a wake up call.

  • @jakemiller5000 no, not really i dont agree with u bro,,, i have LS400 model 92 just bought it 6 months ago,, its more reliable than a lot of cars such as the new cheap ones Tida yaris and all that crap... comparing it with the mercedes.. i thought of buying a mercedes b4 but i didnt get it bcus of the air-bag *air cylinders or air suspension or watever they call it* they r all screwed up. i even see model 2006 with problem with its air-bag thingy and u see like the whole car is down making fr

  • @tupacobas

Typical Lexus owner proclaiming their overrated Lexus quality. Most cars are very reliable these days and that includes the competitors of Lexus. Lexus cars in general are less trashed and their engines less strained because their owners drive like fucking senior citizens. Hell, I had a '97 Camry which was the biggest POS I've ever owned. Mechanical and electrical problems galore. What a POS. Now I drive an '85 Pontiac 6000 and I am the happiest man on the planet.

  • @jakemiller5000 Its boggles my mind how you don't seem to like Lexus or Toyota in general but still keep posting in this video trash talking Lexus owners based on your experiences with a Toyota you probably beat the shit out of not driving like a "senior citizen" and being too cheap to properly maintane it as any car should that or you didn't get that Carfax LOL!

Imagine coming to the conclusion that a Cadillac STS must be garbage because of problems with a Chevy Cavalier... Madness...

  • @SpikeRazzor

I've said before and I'll say it again: Toyota/Lexus = OVERRATED. I speak from experience. My brother had a '98 4Runner and it was far from reliable. Also, most modern cars are RELIABLE. Who cares if you only have to visit the shop with your Toyota twice a year and three times a year with a Chevy? Big fucking deal. Toyota fanboys make it sound as if all non-Toyota cars are so unreliable bla bla bla. What a bunch of FANBOY bullshit.

  • @jakemiller5000 You speak on limited experience, and its far from reliable as I doubt either you or your brother took the time to look over what you where buying so at the end of the day its really your own fault because I could of cared less if the car I bought was a Lexus, I needed that Carfax and documents proving it was well taken care of because you can't take the owners word of it EVER.

Actually we have to play defense on mostly GM owners looking to undermine us every chance they get...

  • @SpikeRazzor

I'm not even a GM guy. I prefer Chrysler products. I also own a '73 Dodge Coronet Brougham sedan - no problems whatsoever. It's my weekend project / cruiser car. And I'll say it again. I bought a second hand '97 Camry with working papers - the car just turned out to be a POS, a massive POS. Hell, it's funny how the media hid those Lexus GS engine fires (about 300 were affected, see Lexus forums) a few years ago. I wonder whom Toyota paid off...

  • @jakemiller5000

whoa 300... That is really bad!!!

it just Couldn't compare to this:

DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler Group said it would recall more than 100,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee four-wheel drives because water contamination of the transmission fluid could lead to fires under the hood...

    OR:

284,831 Chrysler mini vans improperly routed wire harness which may have a risk of a short circuit that could occur inside the door, overheating the latch and possibly causing a fire.

    could it now???

  • @jakemiller5000

LOOK IT UP.....Mr know it all !!!

  • @jakemiller5000 Its like I said, when you buy second hand you have to go that extra mile to make sure your not getting a POS. What do you exactly mean by "working papers"? If you just mean a safety, that means nothing, anyone can get a fake one which is why people always charge $100-200 for a used car to be "safetied and certified" as that's how much is runs for.

300, Is that it? You don't need to pay off the media for such a tiny recall like that with the competition recalling 1000+ vehicles.

  • @SpikeRazzor

Working papers = full documented history. That's slang around my neck of the woods.

  • @jakemiller5000

I think you have had a bad experience with Toyota/Lexus, if you look at edmunds consumer reviews or at kbb's user reviews or at ConsumerReports, Toyota/Lexus are the most reliable cars, even if you look at the worst reviews of a 98 Toyota/Lexus, it won't mention any major issues that users of 2006 Cadillac or Buick would complain about.

  • how can u compare a modified mecerdes with 354hp to a stock lexus with 284hp or less?

  • LEXUS LS 400 ist NOT E KLASSE LIKE S !

  • 290 PS 1800 kg but only luxus !

  • e55 ftw

  • maybe its me that should do my home work, just been in google and found out the ls400 is 0-60 in 6.3secs, the 430 is 5.5. i stand corrected. never lost to a merc, thats why i thought it would loose. got to do some overtime now so i can go get me one of those.

  • well i have a 99 LS400 n i was beating a 09 honda accord coupe v6......and a reg E class will never beat the LS400 of that year also spell lexus right

  • Actually, i'm certain a 99 Benz E430 will rip an LS400 to shreds. According to C/D, the E430 out-paces a GS430 which has similar power to an LS400 and weighs less

  • the LS400 weighs 1600kg, does 0-60 in 6.2 to 6.6 secs, depending on different sites giving different data, and has a top restricted speed of 155. that LS is either not trying or the guy doesnt know how to drive, because there is no way that merc would have milked mine like that. it just didnt sound like he was reving enough.

  • well the LS400 only comes with an automattic gearbox so driver skill is irrevelant. Secondly, dude thats a freakin E55 AMG. Weighs 1600kg, has 349 hp and has been tested at 0-60 in about 5.2 sec according to C/D. It's no surprise the LS lost. Im sure your's would not have kept up with the E55 any better than this LS did

  • the ls400 gear box is very workable, so driver skill is relevant, i can burn out in with the sports button on while shifting manualy, but not in auto, and if that is an amg then of course it will beat mine, they are ace.

  • A normal E320 would lose to the LS400, but a AMG E55 very slim chances of that happening.... But I'm still a fan of the Lexus...

  • well, of course! V6 vs. V8?? A "normal" E430 is a fair comparison and would RAPE an LS400. That is a FACT

  • Shut up Mr know it all

  • haha fuck you, dont be mad that i have my facts straight :p

  • Have your facts straight? Says who? Go fuck yourself noddy

  • LS400s are slow. I have one. 90-91s are quicker since the 93-94s had heavier wheels. Intake and exhaust help somewhat, but still no match for AMG anything. LS430s are decent being able to run high 14s in the quarter. LS460 will do low 14s high 13s.

  • LS400/430 no match for AMG Merc? Well yeh duh, the Lexus is a cruisy luxury car the AMG is serious sports performance. Basically a race car made for the streets

  • thats a little bit of an exaggeration on the race car for the streets part. Its just the performance model e-klass.

  • Pretty serious performance for a street car though hardly comparable to a cruisy LS400 don't you think?

  • @phogwood545, yeah true. but thats not what I said. I said it wasnt a race car for the street. thats a huge overstatement

  • It's still a bit like comparing apples and oranges, that's what I was trying to get at

  • mercedes power
