Ok will do thanks. one question does water get in to the boat were your feet are from the opening for the drive system? and does it get annoying you cant pedal backwards? cheers Troy.
@breamster96 - That's two questions...hehe.....No, water doesn't get in where the pedals are. There is some pooling of water there though. It is of no consequence. There is a splash guard on the rear of the drive to stop water coming up during forward momentum. Just like every kayak it can go backwards by using the paddle. Some carry a paddle similar to a table tennis bat for that very purpose. It's also possible to put the drive in backwards.
@171rhino haha sorry my bad thats two..ok then thanks for that cos ive seen videos and there is a great big puddle of water were your feet are and that would be bit annoying if u want to keep dry on those cold days lol.And also do you know anyone with a mariner (native water craft)? cos i don't know which one to get any suggestions? thanks.
@breamster96 - I don't know anybody who has a Mariner. In fact I've never seen one anywhere on the water. The only advice I could give is to have a demo in each of them with the dealer.
Ohk then thanks for all your help .Troy
