Just helped my hunter friend tame it with nothing but his berserking and a haste potion I gave him just before taming. It's certainly possible, with 33+% haste.

i JUST tamed Kirix by watching this Video i will say this I DID DIE and he did get off the spitball but somehow i still managed to tame him i dont know how i dont care how all i know is i got Kirix

much easier way to tame a green one they are called cinderweb broodlings they are tiny but they then resize thats what i did atleast.

its my personal settings. all you can find and personally adjust in the options.

It is very extensive range of adjustments and changes

I tamed him just a minute ago ^^

This is also possible without any haste buffs or whatsoever.

You need to attack him from the platform and wait till he casts his Poison and Use detterence with tame beast.

You should tamed it then so GL =)

okey..so i tryed again and without the trolls Berserking recial...And it worked! i finally got the spider im so happy =) and same day as i tamed Scarr

I puted the core hounds Bloodlust on..but then i used the trolls berserking also, that should be 50% faster speed.. but i just didnt get any speed at how..wtf? :(

That... THING... scares the living hell out of me.

for starters, it has an aura that deals 20k damage every second, with BONUS damage to pets (can't pet tank in any way, shape or form)

On top of that, it has a CONSTANT aoe silence aura around him. Just for kicks, the aura also reduces healing by 99% (can't even HoT)

on top of that, it cannot be CCed, stunned, slowed, snared, or incapacitated in any way.

On top of THAT, every single hit (excluding the aura) deals around 1/4 of your health.

Yes he can, he puts a spell on you and kills you, dunno how this guy is doing this.

there are Spiders that look exsatly like this one called Cinderweb Broodling they spawn near the common yellow spiders for a daily. so these kinda defeat the purpose of Kirix being rare. i know they dont spawn all the time but when they do there are like 10 of them and they keep re spawning making an unlimited supply to any willing hunters that want one that are logged on at that time. Instead of only one being up within a 8 hour spawn time

Thank you. with this info I could tame it. lckly I had a mage log in the minute Ifound him. competing with 3 other hunters one of which used the pet tactic you show. (if you see it, thanks for wasting your CD and failing) Thank you for the help taming this bad boy.

Yes Blizzard has many things change bevor the Patch comes live. On the last day on the PTR before the Patch goes Live still functioned as well as all the tactics in the videos but hardly the live servers as well as the ptr servers were back online was a lot of changes. thank you blizzard.
