im kind of torn with this...i love angela lansbury cause, as someone else pointed out, she has a motherly attitude towards their falling in love, but i love paige's voice as well cause its more like belle is singing it to the beast. either way...the song is just beautiful!

What makes Belle so great is her sense of adventure. She doesn't fall for the handsome prince.... she falls for a beast. Her sweet/adventurous nature is what makes her my favorite Disney Princess.

I disagree. I always thought there should have been a stronger voice capable of carrying that tune. I like the simplicity of Lansbury's version, but I think something was lost and Belle singing it would have been a better alternate.

really? i kind of liked the motherly tone that Lansbury had, how she was watching them and saying "ah, i've seen all this before, but it's new and exciting all the same." and the song just isn't meant to be a passionate song, in my opinion.
