plugins->make folder called hires_texture->then make folder called WWF No Mercy and put all your mods in there

then you need to uncheak advanced options

so go to

settings -> options and then uncheak it

then go to options->graphics options->texuture filter or something like tick load hires

(you will need pj64 and mud lords plugin latest).

also, in this game the weapons are in the crowd area, walk over to the barracade and press C-left.
