@nadia11792 well I believe its because there are hundreds or thousands of new strains every year that make it very hard to make some sort of master cure, a normal flu vaccine may have dozens in it, of the most common that year, but they cant put every strain in there, it would A: cost too much, and B: could be too hard on the body even at small doses...but in a very very slim way a cold/flu could be compared to HIV/AIDS since they both kind of mutate over time, they need to find the common link!

Hi Ellen,

Hot lemon water, this works great for the flue a well. Take 4 lemon to 1 quart water, cut lemons, squeeze into water (that you put in a sauce pan to boil) put entire squeezed lemon into water...bring to boil...let simmer 20 minutes, then drink the entire quart that evening...this will help bring your body back to an alkaline level..

If you have congestion, add slice fresh gingerroot & chopped green onion. I've been using this for over 30 years...it really works
