i think tepig and snivy are gonna evolve but oshawott isnt because if you notice ash's water pokemon never evolve

I actually want to know who could posible capture Chandelure as Trip already has Lampent, causing me to doubt that Ash's next fire type will be Litwick or any of its evolutions.
