it's the SDK (and maybe also the NDK), it has a emulator build in for testing, and that one actually works with internet and mouse. but it emulates a phone and this is actually a laptop (not the laptop version though).

I find your vids quite informative and the alternative coverage of the HTC hero conference was very refreshing! I esp liked when the guy from phandroid (rob i think was his name but i could be wrong) lobbed is dev G1 on the table XD! If the hero had an 8mp and a xenon flash like my c905 it'd be my ideal phone (flexible os, sexy hardware, sexy ui, 3.5 jack, decent cam)
