I was seriously hoping this Zero was gonna be his DLC alt, maybe even Omega, but no we get X. Makes me wish they'd make Omega as DLC but that's pointless with Zero already in the game, cant have 2 yellow haired red robots in a fighting game.

IMO, the reason this isn't in MvC3/UMvC3 is because the Zero with this theme is a different Zero than the one with the theme from X2. Look at his design from X1 and compare it to X2. More specifically, comepare the shoulders. The model they used in MvC3/UMvC3 resembles the one from X2, therefor, they used his X2 theme.

@svilaro1102 Oh boy, but dude have you forgotten?.....this is Zero's theme from the first megaman X. It would have made more sense because it is better than X2's zero even though it rly is zero from x2. i will never understand why they didn't use the zero from megaman zero.

@G04i77A2 I think MM Zero should have been Zero's DLC instead of X, since it makes more sense. Also, there would be less complaints about how Megaman isn't actually in the game since he could have been DLC (although I'm still hoping he'll be one of the DLC characters)

Because MMZ Zero already got to be in 2 fighting games (Onimusha Blade Warriors and SNK vs Capcom). MMX Zero was due for an crossover.

@Frygoon I think, and this is jsut a theory, that Capcom considers the theme more for Megaman Zero than regular Zero. Thus they didn't put it in for Zero in case they decided to put him in during the Vanilla version.

I still find it funny that there's essentially no Megaman cards for Heroes and Heralds. Only two iterations appeared in them plus Wily, Roll, Vile and Servbot. Every Robot Master, Maverick+Sigma, Legends, BN, SF, Zero, ZX character is still fair game :/

when I got Zero Collection played the mode were its play 1-4 straight through after Ciel resued me and the theme played turned it all the way up and I said "hes back for and READY TO RIP SHIT UP!!!"
