To PRINS- to be called a "sayeed" one must have proof of their heritage. Records are kept to prove progeny. When they call the Prophet his grandfather, of course technically he isnt; but Sayeed Hassan has a direct blood link to the Prophet. I cant speak for the Sayeed, but to me, it'd be an honor to call the Prophet my grandfather bcz it's meant as a great compliment.

He is not a descendant of Imam Mahdi 'AF', he is a Musawi, same as the Imam Khomeini 'QS', and Sayyed Abbass. Noone can falsely claim to be a Sayyed and get away with it, there are records to prove it.
