i hve a crappy intro in my theme - BUFF - how to get rid of it?

So what did you look up to make this? I want to change the opening, gameboot, all with a custom theme setup like this, and I don't know how to do it. I do have others that I found, and my phat is running 6.39 pro b7 (the temp cfw), and the videos I found cant seem to be consistant with each other, so I don't know what the best method is.
