But I'm only 5'4" (in flat shoes) and presently Size 7 at 112 lbs. That's fine for dresses, but for jeans, slacks, and skirts, it feels so Plain Jane. Back in my late 30's, I was able to fit into Size One slacks, but I find everything looks best on me when I'm Size 3 at 102 lbs. - or even Size 5 at 107 lbs. Within reason, the number on the tag has little effect on me... If I really had Size 5 measurements, but the slacks were marked as 7's - I'd still know I was a 5 by how I look in the mirror.
@DaisyNavidson Im 5' 6" and I weigh 125. I look better at 115 or so. I think its no secret that most of us look our best(and are healthiest) at a slightly thiner weight. But you are where you are. You still need clothing, and you can still look great at the weight you are. The point is, just go with the size you have for now, and maximize the god areas. For me, my butt looks nice at a slightly bigger weight, and so do my breasts, while my legs look worse. So focus on whats best.
@lollipopfop Well I hope you realize you are quite fine at 125 pounds and 5'6'. With that weight you have a healthy BMI, at 115 pounds, you actually would .1 above being underweight. I am 5'2" and 130 pounds. I think the lowest I would go would be 125 pounds. I am at the higher side of the healthy range, but still within its bounds.
