I'm confused, we can't change our vocal tone up like in the example at 3:57? What's the difference between that and changing our vocal tone?

@papermizzle So sorry for the extremely delayed response akhi. I read your message a long time ago and said I would respond later but it completely slipped my mind.

The prohibition is not so much about the vocal tone changing but it is to do with changing it in such a way that it resembles singing.
