extremely difficult dance. only those who attended this dance workshop understand how frustrating it is to learn. frustration is the main goal in this spiritual exercise. to become aware of negative reactions that arise from the lack of control, becoming aware to transcend frustration.
the cameraman could have done a better job though... :-)
