The woman in the red dress is the marker. The driver looks back and notices that he isn't killed so he takes the last shot. You see the brains getting fired backward as well as the head movement backwards like he got hit from the front. and why else would his wife want to get out, she saw it too

It is between the driver and front passenger. Appearing just above the passengers head. It remains till 318. Upon close inspection there is a line of artifacts there and make the supposed arm holding the gun appear white.

2. There are artifacts when gun appears.

3. It appears for exactly 10 frames.
