im having trouble with the pants design what does largest H largest V mean and how do you do it

it means u choose the design that it says then largest h or v means largest horizontal or vertical for example when u put a letter on a character you change how big it is

hey you cant do the pants design in psp u need 32 layers n psp only has 16 layers
