This band was the reason, why I started with German. It was, when I was 13 years old (now I´m 19). And I passed Deutsches Sprachdiplom (DSD Stufe II der KMK) a day ago (C1). I speak German better than English (I have got english lessons since I was 10 years old). So - I can say only one - Thank you guys ;-) I love German because of you.

hahahaha I remember hearing this song on IMF like 4 years ago. I was in 8th grade, so in my emo music stage, and this was so fricking AWESOME. Like I already loved the German language (and still do, es ist sehr toll!) but this just made my ears orgasm. Listening to it now only make me laugh though. Ah, it was so much fun. It seems German is a much friendlier language than French, where they address almost everyone as 'vous' (formal way of saying you; it is also used to address multiple people) or Japanese, where you can only drop the honorifics with your parents, or really close friends. Ironic considering when said in French, everything sounds like a compliment whereas in German, almost everything sounds like an insult.
