I tried the demo version of this game at Best Buy and I've got mixed feelings. I love the guitar games and the band games, not to mention I love turntablism and all forms of electronic dance music, but this just didn't seem all that great.

Granted, I'm pretty n00b with games, but with guitar and band games I atleast felt a wee bit like a rockstar. This, however, didn't make me feel any closer to being an imaginary DJ.

This remix is a catestrophic failure. Does the DJ know the first thing about music? Sounds like he's just taken bits of the vocals and just thrown them at completely random points in the song, completely throwing off the rhythm. It doesn't sound good at all and it kills both songs.

It's not out so you can't say it's better than guitar hero. I completely reserved an opinion over that. Personally I think it's going to be extremely easy compared to GH, since.. well.. there's only so much you can do with 3 buttons and I doubt many people will be bothered with customs; but then, that doesn't matter because this is aimed at the mass market (the same reason why fps games are now so generic).
