A man is lying dead in a casket; his friends and family are grieving; and it looked like Anita was giving a CONCERT instead of paying tribute to the decedent.

I love Anita, but she injected too much of herself into this performance. A more humble performance would have been better.

Whereas Karen blew that ending out of the water...I think that it was very distasteful to upstage Anita Baker like that. Anita is a legend and some things just shouldn't be touched even if you have a more fierce ending. Actually, I found it disrespectful, but in true Karen Clark fashion, Karen had to shut it down and have the last word! Great ending, but tacky as heck!

Wow as a church member, choir member, and a person who works in the music business, I am sad to see the ignorant and negative comments coming from my fellow church folks.
