I loved your tutorial. Everything was really explanatory. Except... the part were you download the themes and plugins. You dragged them into a folder and I dont know where the heck that folder is. I'm assuming you need to download a wordpress app which i did but could not 'run' it. Please explain how it works. Ps; I'm not a developer or designer, so forgive my ignorance.
I LOVED how fast you were! I find many tutorials way too slow and frustrating. Personally I love the fast pace, but you included enough information. AMAZINGLY DONE!
OMG, you are WAY too fast for me. I purchased a domain thru Bluehost and then began trying to figure out WordPress. It's really unclear to me, as a total beginner. So almost your entire content starts AFTER my current knowledge after 3 days!!! What would help would be how the domain and blogname and pages are structured and organized. I have no idea, yet. Thanks but you're too much for me!
I think he has done a great job. Its value is getting a quick overview to enable the reader to explore more elsewhere. As for the speed of delivery, yes, it's pacey, but you can always use the rewind slider!
at the 0:43 sec ......can you pls tell me how you open the "workspace/worldpress" ? i tried but nothing.... :/ how i can open it like you and to say "Configuration File"? pls tell me!!!!
JReam, you asked if you were going too fast. To be honest if I was unfamiliar with Wordpress I would struggle with your delivery. It seems very fast and somewhat unstructured. For me the video would have been better to split into smaller sessions and focus more on individual elements. I think you need to consider who exactly is your intended audience as you mixed very basic information with much more advanced content. Hope this helps.
@bboybram Most CMS's are very alike.. Wordpress has the Ability to Blog + Make Regular Website. People use Wordpress for Regular websites now (For a few years), its pretty good at doing both, or just one. Its a pretty nice application but if you get into the API and PHP part, and writing your own plugins, it is kind of sloppy coded (Most people wont get into that) -- Its a lot of procedural code when I think it should be OOP.

@babymamadramaz You can actually just go to Plugins -> Install New and enter your plugin name there. It'll do the same but way easiler.

yep, very fast delivery, and a bit confusing as a result. But, it was an overview. You can at least take what it shown and then go experiment.
