After seeing this clip you can really see that Phil is not at all funny compared with Bailey and to some extent Amstell. He is only funny when things are rehearsed, like on the buzzcock's but even his imprssion an what he said were the worst. He is terrible on QI because that show is improvised, and he never goes on Mock The Week of HIGNFY because he can't improvise.
