i couldn't see the dam scratches cause it's white model.. i have 2009 murano in us, does that scratch thing apply to my murano also??

wow i never noticed that the scratches can repair itself when u scratch it and by the way do u have to use hot water to take the scratches off or do u just wipe it off like that?
