Paul is very right when he says that The Griphouse is different from any other gym, I had the pleasure of training there for a short period of time and I immediately felt right at home, it was the greatest experience I ever had in my MMA training and I can't wait to go back to Scotland and give it another go. They have wonderful fighters, and they're extremely friendly and down to earth. Best gym I ever trained at by far, and i've trained at a fair share over the years.
